摘要 The invention relates to the ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the structure of reactor for producing the iron or alloys thereof by means of plasma technology of charge heating. The reactor includes unit for loading ferrioxide material which is disposed in the upper part of reactor, and in the lower one the melting zone with plasmatrons, units for metals and slag discharge. The unit for material loading to partly reduce it and subsequent delivery thereof to the melting zone is made in the form of coaxially disposed cones, directed with smallcones downwards, and cavity between them limited by perforated walls thereof. The external cone is rigidly fixed with reactor body, and the internal one is disposed with an opportunity of fixed movement relative to the longitudinal axis of actuating rod, in the lower part of which the small cone is fixed, and in the upper part the large cone is fixed, being cinematically connected with the rotation drive. The invention enables to adjust the thickness of original material layer, being preliminarily reduced; reactor productivity is enhanced with reduction of energy carriers.
