The invention relates to the railroad car construction. An elastic-damping floor of the body of dump car has on the perimeter of floor an upper frame from longitudinal and cross beams of box section, on which a steel floor plate is mounted. A floating steel sheet is installed under it, which rests on the shock-absorbing spring elements, which are evenly located on the plane of upper frame and are preliminarily compressed with the help of supporting holders by nut with bolts, lock nuts and splint pins. Each of holders rests on two not connected together support brackets of the cross beams of upper frame. Technical result: reduction of effective stresses in the supporting carrying elements of the body at reduction of the mass of floor.
