The divider has two lengths of materials (1, 2), having a rectangular shape and size lower than or equal to dimensions of standard sizes of a dustbin. Wide and deep notches (3, 4) permit to penetrate a circumference of the dust bin. Edges (5, 6) projecting from each side of the dust bin receive ends of bags that receive wastes. Top most part (7) projects from the dust bin over its length to hook the bags of the dust bin.
