The inventive medicinal agent is based on antibodies and contains activated form of monoclonal, polyclonal and natural antigens to a nitrogen oxide endothelial synthetase (NO-synthetase), which is produced by a repetitive successive dilution and an external action being used mainly by means of homeopathic technology. The inventive method for curingerectile dysfunction and vegetal disorders of climacteric period by controlling a cyclic guanosine monophosphate content (cGMph) in a cavernous body during sexual stimulation consists in using activated forms of ultra-small doses of antibodies to an entire molecule of endothelial NO-synthetase or to the polypeptide fragments thereof, said forms being produced by a repetitive successive dilution and an external action.
