The system has a secretary (120) identifying work context of a user. A reader (110) is active for reading a document and executing roles, if the context is that of a pointer situated in the document. The roles are data structure analysis, data navigation by a reader pointer, pointer position storage and voice restoration of the data. A scribe (100) inputs parameter or content data based on the context and restores the data. The secretary establishes a list of task propositions, executes the tasks by delegation, coordinates the scribe and reader, and surveillances the system.
