A single resilient piece wire cum cover holder (1) for holding electrical and data cables (3) for use on a vertical hollow pole (2) in a reconfigurable frame system described in PCT/SG02/00232. The holder (1) has a concave base (10), a first arm (11) and a second arm (12); a first leg (15) and a second leg (16). The first leg (15) forms an U shape with the first arm (11) and the second leg (16) forms another U shape with the second arm (12). A first cable receiving foot (17) extends inwards from the end of the first leg (15) and a second cable receiving foot (18) extends inwards from the end of the second leg (16). A space is formed from the first and second leg, first and second cable receiving foot and concave base, for holding cables.
