The system has an acquisition network connected to a central processing unit (100) for acquiring diagnosis data. A storing unit stores the data and a communication unit (220) communicates with a fixed diagnosis station (2) and with a centralized diagnosis system (3) having a server associated to a database. Malfunction of a vehicle is diagnosed to deliver an alarm to a driver, when vehicles functioning variable exceeds a threshold.
