A first vertical hollow pole is erected on a surface, the first C-shaped end of a first horizontal beam is fitted into a docking rail of the first vertical hollow pole, and held in place by applying a first clamping means. The second C-shaped end of the first horizontal beam is then fitted into a docking rail of the second vertical hollow pole and held in place by a second clamping means. A second horizontal beam has its first C-shaped end fitted into the docking rail of the first vertical pole and the second C-shaped end fitted into the docking rail of the second vertical hollow pole, and held in place by a third and a fourth clamping means. More horizontal beams and more vertical poles can be held in position by more clamping means, to form the frame system to allow the installation of panels and the cabinets and the like.
