The proposed electric generator contains a casing, a flywheel installed at a shaft inside to casing, permanent magnets, and a magnetic core with a winding. The flywheel is designed as a hollow cylinder closed on one side. The permanent magnets are symmetrically arranged at the cylindrical surface of the flywheel. The magnetic core with the winding enters the cavity of the flywheel.
