PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide band and low loss high frequency switch. SOLUTION: The switch comprises first and second switching elements (hereinafter described as SW elements) loaded in parallel to aλ/4 portion from a branch portion of a path connecting between a first line path and a second and a third line paths, a first impedance transformer (hereinafter described as a Z<SB>0</SB>transformer) to be connected between the first line path and the branch portion, a first high impedance line path (hereinafter described as a high Z<SB>0</SB>line path) ofλ/4 for connecting the branch portion to the first SW element, a second high impedance line path ofλ/4 being connected to the first SW element and the first high Z<SB>0</SB>line path, a second Z<SB>0</SB>transformer to be connected between the second high Z<SB>0</SB>line path and the second line path, a third high Z<SB>0</SB>line path of 1/4 wave length for connecting the branch portion and the second SW element, a fourth high Z<SB>0</SB>line path ofλ/4 being connected to the second SW element and the third high Z<SB>0</SB>line path, and a third Z<SB>0</SB>transformer connected between a fourth high Z<SB>0</SB>line path and the third line path.
