PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize performance and to improve productivity by completely stopping ions from being mixed with an electrochromic layer as to an electrochromic mirror equipped with a glass substrate, a transparent conductive film formed on the back side of the glass substrate, an electrochromic layer formed on the back side of the transparent conductive film, and a reflecting film and electrode film formed on the back side of the electrochromic layer.
