PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture an open type grille wherein a vertical bar facing an emergency exit can be easily removed by using a vertical bar and a lateral bar of a fixed type grille. SOLUTION: When a handle 14 in a housing position is swung from the housing position to an operation position, and turned in an arrowhead D direction, turning of the handle 14 is transmitted to an engagement release member 5 via a transmission mechanism 15, and the engagement release member 5 in an engagement position moves in an arrowhead B direction and reaches a release position. At this point, a cutout 13 is positioned below a lower engagement member 4, an engagement state of the lower engagement member 4 with respect to a lower side lateral bar 1b is released, and a movable vertical bar 2b drops by own gravity.
