PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim mounting structure having a fine appearance in which the part of a door trim to admit mounting of a grip handle can be secured to the door firmly. SOLUTION: The door trim mounting structure is composed of a center trim and a lower trim overlapping on each other in the part where the grip handle is mounted, a panel mounting bracket installed on a door inner panel in such a way as aligned with the part where the center trim and the lower trim overlap, a mounting screw fastened to the panel mounting bracket in such a way as penetrating a threaded hole formed in the lower trim covered overlapping with the center trim, a folded groove formed in the inner member of the center trim in such a way as allowing the mounting screw to be fastened upon passing through the threaded hole in the lower trim with the center trim folded, and a fixing means to fix the folded center trim to the lower trim in the elongated condition.
