PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a car from deviating from a lane without causing a turbulence in the car behavior. SOLUTION: A lane deviation preventive device is structured so that the deviation predicting time Tout to indicate a tendency of deviation is compared with the second threshold Ts (Step S31) and the the speed V of the car concerned is compared with the first threshold Vc (Step S32), and if V is larger than Vc and Tout is smaller than Ts, the deviation avoiding deceleration control is conducted (Step S33) in priority to the deviation avoiding yaw control (Step S34).
