PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioning control device capable of automatically controlling a flow rate to an air blowout port without setting air-conditioning or manually restraining a flow path to the air blowout port. SOLUTION: This device comprises air blowout ports 13R1, 13C1, 13L1 blowing air conditioned by an air conditioner 1 into a compartment 31; variable diaphragms increasing and decreasing a volume of air blown from the air blowout ports 13R1, 13C1, 13L1; diaphragm drive motors 24R, 24C, 24L driving the variable diaphragms 17R, 17C, 17L; a calculation control circuit 32 controlling actuation of the diaphragms 24R, 24C, 24L; and an in-car sensor 30 detecting temperature in the compartment 31 and inputting it in the calculation control circuit 32. Additionally, when temperature in the compartment 31 detected by the in-car sensor 30 is not less than a predetermined value, the calculation control circuit 32 is set in a manner that actuation of the diaphragm drive motors 24R, 24C, 24L is controlled to narrow a flow path of the variable diaphragms 17R, 17C, 17L.
