PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can prepare a booklet in the state that an image can be easily and rapidly printed directly on a sheet and to provide a printing sheet for the system. SOLUTION: The booklet preparing system comprises electronic image data reading means, editing means for editing read electronic image data, printing data forming means for forming printing data in a format which uses electronic image data as a booklet, and printing means for printing the printing data. To print image data on a printing sheet, the printing data forming means forms data which is regulated at the printing position of the image data, in size, direction and order of the image data as the booklet. The printing means prints the printing data by the printing data forming means in the format at the printing position, size, direction and order as the booklet.
