PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow thread type blood treatment device which accommodates a bunch of hollow treads made of the hollow threads comprising polysulfone series resin which includes hydrophilic resin to perform radiation sterilization, wherein an eluting material from the hollow threads by damage of the radiation is less, and an aseptic packaging method with which the hollow threads in the above blood treatment device is less damaged by the irradiation. SOLUTION: The hollow thread type blood treatment device is the blood treatment device to accommodate the bunch of the hollow treads made of the polysulfone series resin including a hydrophilic polymer and is sealed in an oxygen impermeable container with an oxygen scavenger for the radiation sterilization.
