PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct and hold a step difference generated between adjacent wall panels, by installing both upper and lower end parts of a plurality of wall panels of individually generating a free warp, on beams for constituting a skeleton. SOLUTION: When correcting and holding the step difference 13 generated by a warp of the wall panels 11 and 12 between the other wall panels adjacent to the wall panels installed in the skeleton of a building, the step difference 13 is pressed and corrected by using a locking member A having a spiral projection 2 spirally formed on the outer periphery of a shaft part 1. The locking member A is fitted in by forming a prepared hole 15 in a joint part 14 formed between the adjacent wall panels 11 and 12, and a correction state is held by making the spiral projection 2 bite in side surfaces 11c and 12c.
