PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of noise caused by abrasion of a flange of a hub while reducing weight and lowering rigidity of the hub. SOLUTION: A plurality of hub side mounting parts 12b1 for mounting a disk wheel 14 are formed on the flange 12b of the hub 12 along the peripheral direction. A plurality of thin parts 12b2 having a thickness thinner than a thickness of the hub side mounting part 12b1 is formed between the respective hub side mounting parts 12b1 along the peripheral direction. A plurality of mounting parts 14a formed to be thick in accordance with the respective hub side mounting parts 12b1 of the flange 12b are formed on the disk wheel 14. A plurality of thin parts 14c having a thickness thinner than a thickness of the mounting part 14a are formed between the respective mounting parts 14a along the peripheral direction. A peripheral width dimension of the respective hub side mounting parts 12b1 is almost equal to or larger than a peripheral width dimension of the respective mounting parts 14a.
