The detector has a detector plate (3) with detector units (2) accommodated in a housing (12) in a floating manner using a spring unit (18). A further substrate with electronics is accommodated in the housing, where the electronics are connected to the detector units by flexible leads. The detector plate is attached by use of the spring unit to one of an inside wall of the housing and further substrate.
