<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for visiting graves that makes it possible for uses to attend Buddhist memorial services or visit graves while at home regardless of weather conditions without going to the main building of a temple where the services take place or to graveyards, and that displays the text of a sutra on a home terminal device as the sutra is read aloud so as to make the text easy to understand, while facilitating appointment concerning the time and place of such services and payment. <P>SOLUTION: Image signals of a place where a Buddhist memorial service takes place such as the main building of a temple and a graveyard, voice signals, and data signals such as character information can be transmitted to terminal devices remote from the place and the graveyard using the Internet as a transmission media.
