<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high-speed writing in a semiconductor disk device using a flash memory low in writing speed as compared with reading. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor storage device has a standard bus 1, a plurality of flash memories 4, a write buffer memory 5 for temporarily holding data, and a processor 2. The processor 2 performs the control of writing of data and transfer and analysis of commands and status. 31 Is an address control part for generating a physical address. 6 Is a Vpp generating circuit which is a writing power supply of the flash memory. 71 Is a memory address bus. 72 Is a data bus.
