PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder composition for slush molding improved in a powder fluidity and a moldability and for giving a molded article with an improved feeling and a molded article made by using the same. SOLUTION: The powder composition for slush molding including particles comprises a core-shell structure having a core layer formed by a thermoplastic polyurethane resin made by mixing and polymerizing an aqueous suspension of a mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer or an aromatic vinyl monomer together with anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester and also a chain transfer agent and a polymerization initiator with an aqueous suspension of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin obtained by a reaction of a prepolymer with isocyanate molecular ends obtained by a reaction of an organic isocyanate, polyols, and a mono-ol and/or a mono-amine with a polyamine compound, and a shell layer formed by a polymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer or a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl monomer and anα,β-ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester.
