PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of properly managing the utilization place of which is limited. SOLUTION: Area data are attached to data transmitted from an AP 100 to a terminal 200, to obtain area limited data. Then the terminal 200, receiving the area limit data, automatically discriminates whether the terminal 200 is provided with a management tool 204; and when no management tool 204 is provided, the area limit data are deleted. When the terminal 200 is provided with the management tool 204, the management tool 204 authenticates the area limit data by using a beacon signal of the AP 100, the area limit data are made available while the area limit data are authenticated; and when the area limit data are not authenticated, the area limit data are deleted after waiting time-out.
