PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector having a contactor prevented from slippage caused by contacting with a mate side contact or the like when fitting thereto. SOLUTION: A plurality of first contacts 23 of a first connector 2 are arrayed at an array part 31 of the first connector 2 projected toward a fitting side of a second connector and extended in a direction crossing a direction of fitting to the second connector. A plurality of second contacts of the second connector are arrayed at a fitting space of the second connectors having a recessed part facing the side opposite to the side fitting with the first connector, corresponding to the first contacts of the first connector, extended in a direction crossing a direction fitting to the first connector. Indentations formed along the array direction of the first contacts, and irregularities formed along the array direction of the second contacts are fitted to each other when the first and the second connectors are fitted to each other.
