PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress water leakage to building material mat bottom faces placed in parallel with each other. SOLUTION: In a situation of adjacently providing the building material mats 10, a side face of a tile T of a right side building material mat 10 (a right side mat 10R) is adhered to a joint part 30 of a left side building material mat 10 (a left side mat 10L). A tile T of the left side mat 10L is supported from below in its lower end rim by a step part 32 wherein the right side mat 10R protrudes more than a bottom part of the joint part 30. In this state, a watertight protrusion 40 engages with (fits in) a watertight recessed part 34, and a watertight engaged state is provided throughout a side in a tile outer rim in the right side mat 10R.
