PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container freely storing sheets of a plurality of dimensional standards (liquid crystal plates for large TV sets). SOLUTION: The container for transporting sheets mainly consists of a pallet base, a metal frame, a synthetic resin-made grooved wall surface plate, and a synthetic resin-made stretch tape. The metal frame includes a base 11 fixed to the pallet base 10, a second base 12 which is positionally changed in the longitudinal direction with respect to the base, corner stays 13 and 13, and corner stays 13A and 13A. The base 11, the corner stays 13 and 13, and the corner stays 13A and 13A are expandable, and the total height of the container is changeable. The front width of the frame is constant, the depth is changeable by the movement of the second base 12, and the height is changeable by expanding/contracting the corner stays.
