PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability and heat radiation of braking devices. SOLUTION: A railroad facility vehicle is equipped with a truck 3, an iron wheel set 4 rotatably supported under the truck 3, iron wheels 5 mounted to the iron wheel set 4, and the brake caliper devices 20 for braking on the rotation of the iron wheel set 4.
