PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a mounting process for mounting a piezoelectric element and an IC for driving on a wiring board only one time, and to polarize or polarize again the piezoelectric element after mounting without destroying this mounted IC for driving. SOLUTION: In the wiring board 100 of an inkjet head which is electrically connected with the piezoelectric element 58 for outputting an ink from the inkjet head, and on which the IC 110 for driving for applying a driving electric voltage is mounted between individual electrodes of the piezoelectric element 58 and a common electrode facing to the individual electrodes, a ground wiring 102A and a ground terminal GND1 connected to a ground of the IC 110 for driving, and a ground wiring 102B and a ground terminal GND2 connected to the common electrode of the piezoelectric element 58 are separately provided. It is thereby possible to apply an electric voltage for polarizing the piezoelectric element 58 between the ground terminals GND1 and GND2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
