The set (01) is designed as a printed circuit board (04) permanently joined with its lower surface to an insulating layer (3) which would normally need a second insulating layer on top before being joined to the particular vehicle component. The new arrangement is assembled of the set (01) and the component (06) provided at the surface pointing towards the circuit board (04) with an insulating layer (07). A recess can be integrated in this layer for the accommodation of an element attached to the top of the board.
