<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage and wear of a nozzle by optimizing particle size of a pigment used as colorant, when the recording liquid containing the pigment is ejected through a very small resin-made nozzle of liquid-jet recording apparatus to adhere the liquid on the objective medium for recording. <P>SOLUTION: The recording liquid is used for recording with a liquid jet recording head having a nozzle made of a metallic material having a Rockwell M scale of 140 or higher and a size Φ of 25 μm or lower. The liquid is delivered through the nozzle and is adhered to a recording medium to conduct recording.
