<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide organic particulates with which extremely simple but secure surface treatment can be performed and in which the flexibility in the kinds of reforming agents is high and which permits the impartation of only the desired functionality without the adverse effects of a morphology change, etc., due to heat and impact at all relating to functional organic particulates subjected with the surface treatment for the purpose of imparting the functionality thereto and a treatment method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the functional organic particulates by generating the organic particulates in an aqueous medium comprises reacting a tri- or higher-valent first metal ion with an acid group on the surface of the organic particulates after an emulsification or suspension dispersion process; reacting a first organic acid or organic acid salt having reaction areas at two or more points with the metal ion; forming the same as a crosslinking ligand to thereby react a bi-or higher-valent second metal ion which is the same as or different from the first metal ion; and further, reacting a second organic acid or the organic acid salt which is the same as or different from the first organic acid or organic acid salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
