<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control program of an image recording apparatus which can execute processing other than printing in instructing the image recording apparatus to perform printing. <P>SOLUTION: The program of the printer driver of the printer 3 of a digital composite apparatus 20 is a control program for generating print data for the printer 3. This program inputs the type of predetermined processing other than printing processing (S2-S3 in the figure), and transmits an operation instruction command including the type of the inputted processing and print data including the print image data to the apparatus 20 (steps S6, S8). Accordingly, a client personal computer 30 can instruct the image recording apparatus to execute the predetermined processing other than printing when transmitting the print image data to the image recording apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
