<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device capable of generating data of a cargo collection plan for efficiently collecting a plurality of kinds of objects to be conveyed distributed and stored in a plurality of stock sections up to a cargo collection position by at least one movable object conveyance means. <P>SOLUTION: A path drawing composed of a travel path in which conveyance time of the object to be conveyed by the object conveyance means is converted into travel distance and the objects to be conveyed in stock per stock section are stored in data. When data of kind and amount of the objects to be conveyed and collected is inputted, the cargo collection plan for collecting the objects by the shortest distance is searched by an SA method and is outputted as data.
