<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide an appropriate charge system by varying support service charges according to risk of the occurrence of a problem of a computer system. <P>SOLUTION: System configuration information of a user system is registered to a user DB. The risk of occurrence of the problem is analyzed from the system configuration information based on the information registered in a warning information DB. The support service charge is calculated based on the analyzed risk. The warning information and the support service charge to the user system is notified to the user. As a result, comparatively highly priced support service charge can be set up to a system of high problem occurrence risk, and shift to a more stabilized system with small risk can be prompted since users dislike comparatively high-priced charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
