<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent photoelectric conversion element module which can be used for manufacturing a solar cell module or a solar cell array having the translucency. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element module, including a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, is provided with a first electrode to which a semiconductor layer carrying a sensitized dye is coated; a second electrode facing the semiconductor layer of the first electrode; and an electrolyte disposed between the semiconductor layer of the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode of one photoelectric conversion element and the second electrode of the other photoelectric conversion element among adjacent photoelectric conversion elements are electrically connected by a translucency conductive material containing conductive particles of 1-15 volume% in a transparent insulating material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
