<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost anti-reflection coating which has a low luminous reflectance, a high visible ray transmittance, and is excellent in surface antifouling property, surface hardness, especially in scratch resistance, and is manufactured in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-reflection coating has a 1st layer of a high refractive index, a 2nd layer of a low refractive index, and a 3rd layer of a high refractive index at least on one side of the transparent base body, and the 3rd layer surface is processed by active energy rays, or the anti-reflection coating has a primer layer on the 3rd layer, and has an organic low refractive index layer formed by application on the 3rd layer or the above primer layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
