PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information provision apparatus which can provide vehicle occupants with apparent positional information on an object, without having their eyes move widely. SOLUTION: The apparatus is for visually providing vehicle occupants with positional information on a predetermined object and comprises a visibility determination means that determines whether the occupant can see the object, while the vehicle is moving, and a positional information display means that visually informs the occupant of the apparent position of the object within an actual landscape that is being seen by the occupants, by displaying image information showing the object and an indicator superimposed on the landscape, when it is determined that the occupants can see the object.
