PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle communication device capable of communicating with an occupant in another car by image and voice, and using in common the traveling information between own car and another car. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a camera 11 and a microphone 12 for inputting image and voice, a traveling control part 17 for processing the traveling information of own vehicle, a communication part 16 for transmitting the image inputted from the camera 11, the voice inputted from the microphone 12 and the traveling information processed by the traveling control part 17, and receiving information from another vehicle, and a liquid crystal display 13 and a speaker 14 for outputting the information received by the communication part 16. In the device, the images/sounds from another vehicle, received by the communication part 16, are outputted on the liquid crystal display 13, and traveling of own vehicle is controlled, based on the traveling information from the traveling control part 17 of another car received by the communication part 16.
