PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink droplets that can be generated in a printing apparatus which carries out printing to containers for beer cans from drifting in an undesired region and adhering to a lens or the like of a printing inspection unit. SOLUTION: There are set a conveyor 20 for transferring the container 10, a printing unit 30 for printing a production date or the like to the container 10, the printing inspection unit 50 for inspecting whether or not printing is carried out properly, and a fan 70 for driving downward the air including the ink droplets that can be generated by the printing unit 30.
