PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shutter curtain from being easily broken from the outdoor side in a closed state and also eliminate the need of members and parts for reinforcement. SOLUTION: In this shutter for construction formed by continuously connecting, at upper and lower sides, a plurality of slats having curved interlock parts formed at the upper and lower edge parts thereof to each other at an interlock section, at least one interlock part of the adjacent slat is formed by folding and bending its tip part in a curved overlapped shape.
