PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system for a machine of high reliability by positively discriminating parts. SOLUTION: This production system for the machine is provided with a robot 1 mounted with a hand 6 for gripping parts 101, 102, 103; a robot control device 2 for controlling the operation of the robot 1; and a working device 5 carrying out working to the part 101. The production system for the machine combines a plurality of parts 101, 102, 103 to produce a plurality of models of machines. The production system for the machine is further provided with a pallet 3 for placing the plurality of parts 101, 102, 103 according to the model of the machine to be produced; sensors 4a, 4b, 4c for detecting the characteristic points of the parts 101; a model discriminating part 8 for discriminating the model of the machine based on the output of the sensors; and a working control command part 12 for outputting a control command to the working device 5 based on the model of the machine and a program set beforehand to the robot control device 2.
