PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion capable of being deformed into various shapes as needed and being used as a pillow, a waist pillow and a self massager. SOLUTION: The cushion is composed of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped body 1 having upper and lower surfaces 11 and 12, and a pair of projections 2 and 2 projecting downward from adjacent to two symmetric sides of lower surfaces 12 of the rectangular parallelepiped body 1 such that projections are more separated from each other at the lower portions thereof in a general view, and is made of a deformable material capable of elastically restoring its shape. The cushion is made of a soft sheet member in a hollow form and is constituted of an outer mantle 3, which is shaped in the form as a whole when it is filled and swollen, and a filler 4 built in the mantle 3 to swell the same.
