PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple treatment method capable of suppressing production of alkaline eluate even when concrete scrap comes into contact with water. SOLUTION: In this treatment method for concrete scrap, liquid aluminum sulfate (amount of aluminum component is preferably≥0.1 wt.% or≥0.5 wt.%≥, more particularly≥1 wt.% in terms of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and is preferably≤8.5 wt.% or more preferably≤8 wt.% ) is mixed with ferrous sulfate (II) to obtain aqueous solution.
