摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for deoxidized water production which can obtain high deoxidation efficiency, easily cope with the demand fluctuation of water to be treated, having a low concentration of dissolved oxygen, reduce the amount of consumed nitrogen gas, and enable easy miniaturization due to a simple structure. SOLUTION: The deoxidation efficiency is further improved by using one or more countercurrent treatment towers each structured by connecting a vapor-liquid contact column to the top of a water tank and adopting a structure where a self-priming vapor-liquid mixing device is disposed in the water tank of a first tower and nitrogen gas discharged from a second tower is diffused in water to be treated, stored in the first tower, sucking the nitrogen gas discharged from the second tower, from either or both of the top of the water tank of the first tower and the middle of the vapor-liquid contact column and introducing the nitrogen gas to the self-priming vapor-liquid mixing device, and introducing the water to be treated to the top of the vapor-liquid contact column of the subsequent treatment tower and at the same time introducing it to the top of the own vapor-liquid contact column again.
