DIGITAL CONTENT DATA PROTECTION CONTROL SYSTEM

There is provided a data protection control system capable of protecting a digital content without accessing a local resource of a client terminal and without lowering the security level. The system includes a Web server for storing digital contents and a data protection control server for performing data protection control of digital contents distributed. The data protection control server has read request reception means, client judgment means for judging a client performing a read request, data protection control means for inserting into the digital content a data protection control component which cannot access the local resource of the client terminal, content acquisition means for acquiring a digital content from the Web server, and content transmission means for transmitting the digital content for which data protection control corresponding to the judged client is enabled.
