A speaker which acoustic-couples a space enclosing a first diaphragm with a space having in part thereof a second diaphragm, characterized in that the second diaphragm is coated; the coating can improve the reliability and quality of the speaker. Designing the arrangement and shape of the speaker's diaphragm will enhance a degree of freedom in designing a speaker module and an electronic apparatus using a speaker.
