An epiphytic microorganism Pseudomonas putida CB11 and an antifungal composition comprising the same microorganism are provided, which microorganism has strong antifungal activity and resides in leaves and fruits of plants, so that the microorganism can effectively control fungus residing in leaves and fruits of plants. The microorganism Pseudomonas putida CB11(KACC 91061) having antifungal activity is provided, wherein the Pseudomonas putida CB11(KACC 91061) is isolated from the leaves of plants; and the Pseudomonas putida CB11(KACC 91061) has antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria panax, Sphaerulina rubi, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycolersici, Fusarium oxysporum, Pythium ultinum, Rhizoctonia solani, Cylindrocarpon destructans, Phytophthora capsici, Rhizoctonia solani, Pyricularia grisea, Fusarium rosem and Fusarium moniliforme.
