<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic expense management system for obtaining and managing traffic expenses as electronic data. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a server 2 having a train information database 2a including a map and the block charge of each route and a portable communication terminal 1 having a GPS function. The portable communication terminal 1 transmits the current location of its own terminal to the server 2 according to an input operation showing that a user gets on or gets off a train, and the server 2 specifies a station where the user gets on or gets off a train on the map based on the current location, and transmits it to the portable terminal equipment 1. The portable terminal equipment 1 transmits the current location of its own terminal to the server 2 in every fixed time from the input operation showing that the user gets on a train until the input operation showing that the user gets off a train, and the server 2 specifies a use route by tracing the location position received in every fixed time on the map, and calculates the fare of the specified use route from the block charge, and transmits the fare and the use route to the portable communication terminal 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
