<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card having a good appearance preventing a colored bottom face of an IC module from being observed through the IC card back face and to provide a core sheet base material for the IC card showing a good mechanical adhesion property during production. <P>SOLUTION: In this IC card having a thickness specified by JIS X6301 and an IC module 3 attached inside an IC module attaching recess part 5 formed by digging the card from the card surface, a three-layer co-extrusion PET-G sheet, in which a titanium oxide contents of an intermediate layer 12C of a core sheet is lower than that of the front and back layers, is used for each of white core sheets 11 and 12 in the central layer of the card. The white core sheet has three-layer structure with a thickness of about 0.30 mm, and two white core sheets may be layered together to be used.
